The itineraries of these cruises are filled with activities like hiking, kayaking, and short trips in rigid inflatables, to see Alaskan wildlife up close.

Australia and New Zealand

Cruises around Australia and New Zealand boast beautiful scenery and excellent warm weather in the fall. A cruise in these waters is a must if you fancy checking out the famous sights that Australia has to offer. The history of New Zealand will prove fascinating, and an inland trip to see the waterfalls in Vanuatu is not to be missed.

With all of the traveling I’ve done, I’m still cruise-less. Never really thought it would be for me, but after taking tours of two Celebrity cruise ships at port in San Francisco, I’m open to the idea. Alaska would be a great cruise, I think.

I was on an Oceania cruise a couple of years ago, and I’d do it again in a minute. That was a working trip for me, but I got to experience the ship and it was a true vacation.

All 5 of these a great, Penny! My dream trip (still holding out for the right girl to go with me) is the Windstar Cruise through Tahiti! That’s been on my bucket list for almost 20 years now! 🙂

Hi Mike, thanks for visiting my blog. If I may give you a bit of travel/life advise, go on that bucket list trip, with or without, “the right girl.” You never know, you might meet her on that trip. 🙂
